What are apps that all girls should have?
This is obviously a very subjective question, for which there are many different answers.
However, what everyone can agree on is the fact that apps can either consume your time and energy, or inspire you and help you to enhance your life.
Therefore, being conscious of the apps that you have on your mobile device is extremely important.
In this blogpost, I will share with you 7 life-changing apps that I think all girls should definitely have.
Let’s get started ✨
7 APPS ALL GIRLS SHOULD HAVE ♡
1. Notion
Notion is an amazig mobile and desktop app for productivity & organization.
The app has different templates that you can use to track your habits, write to-do lists, take notes, and much more.
I love Notion because it allows you have everything in one place.
For example, my vision board, weekly to-do list and habit tracker are all in the app!
If you want to organize your life and boost your productivity, Notion is the perfect app for you.
Here are 2 free templates that you can use:
- Yearly planner (this is an edited version of Jusuf‘s template)
- Habit tracker
–> too add the templates to your notion space, click on “duplicate” on the top right ♡
2. Pinterest
You probably already know Pinterest, but I couldn’t skip it because this is the ultimate inspiration app that is perfect to create a vivid vision of your dream life.
For me, Pinterest is like a “vision board social media”, where I save all types of imagery that represent the person I want to become or the life I want to build.
If you’re feeling uninspired, Pinterest is what you need ✨
3. Goodreads
If you want to read more books, Goodreads it the app for you.
I’ve had it for a year and it has definitely helped me to make reading a habit.
With Goodreads, you can track and rate books that you’ve read, save books that you want to read, and even see what your friends are reading!
The app also tells you how many books and pages you’ve read in a year and it allows you to set yearly book reading challenges.
I love this app and if you set yourself the goal of reading more this year, you should definitely give Goodreads a try!
4. Letterbxd
Do you ever struggle choosing a movie to watch? Or remembering the name of a film you’ve seen?
If so, Letterbxd is for you.
With this app, you can save and rate movies you’ve watched and explore movie lists on specific topics.
For example, if you want to watch an asian movie but don’t know where to start, you can simply look up for “asian cinema” lists created by other users (who are often cinema students) to find one to watch.
5. Flo
One of the apps that all girls should definitely have is Flo.
This is a period and ovulation tracker that will make your life so much easier.
With this app, you can track and monitor your cycle so that you can immediately identify any irregularity and know when to expect your period to come.
6. Breathly
Breathing exercises have tons of benefits: releiving stress, increasing energy, improving the quality of your sleep, and much more.
Breathly is an app for daily relaxation and breath training that has 5 guided breathing techniques you can choose from.
It is very simple, but very effective. I highly recommend it.
7. Insight timer
Another well-being app that I love is Insight timer.
This is a meditation app that has thousands of guided meditations you can try.
The app also helps you to track how much you meditate. It tells you how many minutes, how many days and how many consecutive days you’ve meditated.
I hope that you enjoyed this blogpost and that the apps I shared with you will help you to enhance your life.
