If you’ve been struggling with self love lately, I got you.
Challenging times can make you lose your sense of worthiness and deplete your inner love, so nurturing it on a regular basis is very important.
A simple way you can do this is answering journal prompts. These will not only help you to reawaken the loving energy you were born into, but also to cultivate it and strengthen it.
Whenever I feel disconnected with myself and lose my sense of worth, journaling always does wonders for me.
